Obama has ignored his base. This has not been an accident. Rather, it is a deliberate strategy to establish a major re-alignment in politics in the U.S. From the very beginning of his presidency, Obama has back-peddled on all of his major "change we can believe in" promises. It is an excercise of profound intention and cruel deception; but will it work? Can he move this country to the right and still prevail in office? It depends on what we do. But we must act fast.
We live in the age of the imperial presidency. They do not play fair and we are not using all of the potential power that we have, which quite franky is enormous.
